Jet2, a specialist airline that offers low-cost flights to locations throughout Europe, has announced it will be maintaining flights to Faro from Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport. This announcement follows news that the airline is splitting operations at Manchester Airport, with some flights now available from Terminal 1 and some operations moving to Terminal 2. The split between terminals has been set up to expand Jet2’s expanding network.
Flights to Faro Airport will still be available from Terminal 1 at Manchester Airport, but Jet2 has advised all passengers to check its website for further information before travelling. Faro is one of 36 travel destinations being maintained at Terminal 1, with others including Corfu, Crete, Dalaman, Dubrovnik, Gran Canaria, Ibiza, Larnaca, Madeira, Paphos, Rhodes, Split, Venice and Zante.
Jet2 will be offering flights to Alicante, Almería, Antalya, Barcelona, Bodrum, Izmir, Krakow, Malta, Menorca, Naples, Nice, Pisa, Pula and Verona from Terminal 2. These operations are expected to come into place from 1 February next year.
