Additional flights have been added to Lufthansa’s Faro Airport Easter schedules in response to the easing of travel restrictions.
To meet high demand for “sun seekers” and other Easter holidaymakers, the airline is offering more than 50 additional flights to European destinations, including five connections to Faro from Frankfurt and two extra services from Munich to the Algarve’s international gateway. The flights can be booked at Lufthansa.com or through travel agents.
Noting that there had been a “noticeable surge” in booking demand in February for Easter holidays, Lufthansa said it continued to offer all customers “maximum booking security and flexibility. This enables risk-free vacation planning: all fares can still be rebooked.”
Travellers can also make a personal contribution to climate protection and make their air travel “CO2 neutral”. In addition to the option of offsetting the flight via high-quality climate projects, Lufthansa passengers can already fly with sustainable fuel. Information is available at Compensaid.
