The bus to Lisbon does not leave from Faro Airport, so you will need to get to Faro bus station. From the airport take Bus Route 16 into Faro; the cost is €2.25 (children €1.50) and it takes 20 minutes.
The taxi to Faro bus station takes 15 minutes and costs €11 or €13, depending on the time of day or night (or weekends).
From Faro Bus Station to Lisbon

The train station in Faro is 150 metres from the bus station.
